As a design consultant, my mission is to design products, services, and digital experiences. Working in a multidisciplinary team, designer-engineer-strategist, my mission concerns to observe and understand needs and expectations. Then, I develop the product vision with availability test the value proposition, and deliver UX specifications.
• User Research: field research, user interviews, research reports
• Service Design: user journeys, experience mapping, co-design workshop
• Rapid prototyping & user tests: wireframing and interactive prototypes, user testing
