Round Table: Sobriety in the age of the Anthropocene
A conference to share the challenges of sobriety and feedback: energy, land, design of energy needs...
During the winter of 2O22/2023, faced with the risks of power cuts, we were confronted with questions of energy sobriety in a concrete way. The effects were significant on consumer calls. -10% in electricity and -6.2% in gas.
If these efforts were made thanks to strong media mobilization in a context of major energy crisis, what about the capacity of citizens, businesses and states to demonstrate sobriety in terms of energy demand, of materials, land and water to ensure the well-being of all human beings within the limits of the planet (IPCC definition)?
The Kervégan Institute is offering you a debate conference on October 19, 2023 to address these questions with our 5 speakers, major players in the region's development, who will share with you the results of surveys, sociological studies and feedback... to provide information the debates.
