SPX 2023 International Conference - Patient experience as a structuring lever for health services
Born in 2019 with the desire to share, train and debate around the patient experience, the Shared Patient Experience association is pleased to announce its 4th Conference around the theme of the patient experience as a structuring lever for health services that will be held in October in Marseille.
This 4th edition of the SPX International Colloquium will take place over 3 days (1 day of workshops + 2 days of colloquium). The two days of the conference (October 11 and 12) will be structured around 4 plenary sessions, 12 communication sessions and a poster exhibition. They will be supplemented by a day of pre-colloquium workshops (October 10) with a proposal composed of 6 workshops.
The languages of the symposium and workshops are French and English. This event is aimed at all professionals, whatever their discipline or the model of their healthcare structure, since the topics covered concern all executives working to reinforce the value developed with patients.
