The young company OTO founded by Alexia Audrain, Alumni 2019, is winner of the Handitech Trophy 2023!

For her end-of-studies project, this graduate of the BTMS Cabinetmaking offered by the school and URMA Loire-Atlantique, imagined a hugging chair dedicated to autistic people, in order to relieve their anxiety and feel calm:

❝ I am interested in social design, and my goal is to put people at the heart of my work, by meeting the needs of people with disabilities or in economic difficulty ❞

The Tours CHRU is currently carrying out a clinical study to scientifically measure the effectiveness of the seat. Awarded in numerous competitions and highlighted in a Netflix series, the OTO chair now has international fame! To find out more, discover this Le Figaro article.
